What will you do?
✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand global market reach
✔ Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
✔ Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
✔ Negotiate contracts and ensure long-term business success
What do we expect?
✔ Experience – Minimum 3 years in aviation sales, ideally military aviation sales, with a proven track record in international sales leadership.
✔ Global Market Knowledge – Expertise in aviation industry trends, processes, and regulations.
✔ Leadership – Ability to inspire and manage a team toward ambitious goals.
✔ Communication Skills – Strong ability to connect with diverse clients and cross-cultural teams.
✔ Languages – Fluent in English and Czech (written and spoken).
✔ Analytical Mindset – Sharp skills in data analysis and performance evaluationn.
